The zeal for excellence and collaborative work environment makes DIN an enjoyable workplace. We believe that our people work hard, and hence, we strongly emphasize on fostering a competitive yet friendly environment, which encourages long-term relationships within the organization and subsequently with our global clients.
Merit-based work culture
We have an open, merit-based work culture in the organization, rewarding people for their performance, teamwork and creativity. At all levels, we provide an environment where our employees can share their views and provide suggestions for our growth. Our main focus is on our employee’s development.
Believing in our people
We value the hard working and dedication our employee put in, which is why, we constantly invest in upskilling our employees. We take great pride in making a company that endorses a culture of commitment towards success.
Care for Families
Our growth is thanks to the hard work our employees have put in and their family’s unflinching support. It has always been our endeavor to ensure that we take care of them as well, hence, we extend the Group Medical Insurance scheme for the families – including parents. We do reinforce a culture where an employee can spend festive holidays with their family, so we extend our support in the form of approximately 39 leaves/holidays in a year. We also have flexi hours for employees who want to take care of their loved ones.
We believe in continuous improvement and that is why we’re eager to get feedback from our employees and our clients.
Employee Satisfaction being the major factor in motivation, goal achievement and morale.
Client Satisfaction helps us gauge how happy they are and helps us improve and provide better services. This is our competitive advantage.
We know that some of our employees would be away from their families and may not always be there to take care of them; hence, we extend the Group Medical Insurance scheme to the family – including parents. Employees are encouraged to plan and spend time with the families, and we extend our support in the form of approximately 39 leaves/holidays in a year!
Fun @ Work
Work and play are two sides of the work culture at DIN. Teams are encouraged to spend time together learning new behavior traits trough participating actively in fun activities/games/outings. We spend our leisure time playing cricket, quizzes, watching movies, binging on various cuisines – the foodies that we are!!
In order to have that happy and fulfilled employees, is a reward in itself. We strive to maintain an open culture, where everyone feels comfortable sharing concerns, ideas and opinions without a second thought.
Join us!! Work with a company you can be proud of!!!!

We Are Hiring!
We strive to be a place, which brings together smart and talented people. We hire candidates considering not only their skills and experience, but their potential to learn and grow as well. We value teamwork, perseverance, dedication and the keenness to grow. We look for individuals who have a good attitude are highly ambitious and committed.
Our Selection Process
Our process is pretty basic; the path to getting hired usually involves a first conversation with a recruiter, a phone interview and an on-site interview at one of our offices. After examining the academic credentials, candidates are invited for a written analytical and logical test, followed by the technical test for the particular position. Candidates, who score above a certain cut-off, are then required to go through 2 -3 rounds of interview.
The dress code is smart casuals.
At Dimension I, we value the fact that employees need to balance the demands of their work with their personal life and aspirations. Project deliveries, deadlines and quality checks, at times, need de-focusing. We believe that no employee needs to work long hours and on off Saturdays unless absolutely necessary. We encourage employees to take time off to enjoy themselves or just pursue the activities that they feel passionately about. “Work Hard and Play Harder” is our motto.
We work on the 1st Saturday when the month has four Saturdays, and 1st and 3rd Saturdays when the month has five Saturdays. At times, for the benefit of our employees, we may adjust working Saturdays with non-working Saturdays to help them enjoy long weekends, especially around festivals.
We have a strong, transparent and objective performance management system. Purely based on results and behavioral aspects, we ensure the system gives crystal-clear goals as well as results to employees. Regular monthly feedback in the form of data as well as suggestions to improve performance is a key feature of our PMS. We have two appraisal cycles: April and October, wherein increments and promotions are announced.
Yes, we believe in the ability of the mind. The candidate would need to go through the normal rounds of interview.
We value time – yours and ours; therefore, most interview rounds are completed in a single day. The results, however, may take a couple of days more.
We normally reconsider a candidate after a minimum gap of 6 months.
