Client is undertaking various stage drapery projects but faced difficulties in maintain and updating CAD plans according to judicial requirements. They needed a reliable partner to interpret their markups accurately and create custom drawings for each project. Pre-Defined standards need to maintain precisely. Some of them were: Colors, Line Weights, Font Styles and Text sizes and require SLA to deliver jobs within 24-48 hours.

Solution 

DIN Engineering collaborated with Customer to address these challenges by providing expert drafting services under a tailored Service Level Agreement (SLA). We established a comprehensive SLA outlining specific turnaround times for project deliverables and response times for client queries.

Our team meticulously reviewed the markups provided by the client and transformed them into detailed, custom revised 2D CAD Drawings tailored to each stage drapery project’s specifications. DIN has created a reference detailed spec sheet and table for meeting client specifications and maintain a professional standard throughout the process.
