The customer is a global leader in manufacturing in Italy and export components and systems for healthy room air conditioning, thermal energy management and domestic water and gas distribution worldwide. DIN Engineering and the client have nurtured a strong association in last 8+ years

Business Challenge

Energy management companies operate and plan to serve their customer with reliable quality services. The challenge was to identify the required roll count for heat pipe deployment across various floors as it is very critical and cost impact factor along with determining the number of manifolds needed. Inputs were received in two formats—DWG and PDF format.

Solution

DIN Engineering deployed a dedicated team for the Underfloor Heating project, equipped with comprehensive training sessions conducted biweekly. A key challenge was manually calculating the length of each loop, prompting the development of a custom tool to automate the process. This streamlined the design BOM process, leading to significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Outcome

1. Throughout the collaboration, the client provided regular feedback, with no major escalations reported in the past 2-3 years. This underscores the effectiveness of the partnership in delivering exceptional results and meeting client expectations.
2. The partnership between client and DIN Engineering resulted in the successful completion of numerous projects with an optimal quality rate of over 95% in the past six months.
